* Manage communication in sales process and implementation of products.
* Building relationships with resellers.
* Help to grow the new technologies channel for Zycko.
* Cross selling company product range, where possible.
* Loan, Demo and part code management.
* Manage the pipeline document and notify the Sales Manager of any deals 75% or above.
* Assist in partner recruitment.
* Deputize for the Product Manager when they are out of the office.
* Produce weekly vendor reports
* Stock management.
* Building and maintaining ?sales tools? and pricing details into SharePoint.
* Assist with developing sales level training.
* Making telesales calls. 
* Liaising with other departments including marketing.
* Any other duties as required by the business.

The person

* Must be computer literate.
* Must have good communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner.
* Have experience in sales (experience of cold calling is preferred) and administration.
* Having experience in the IT sector is a distinct advantage.
* Must be able to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
* Have the ability to multi-task.
