We're working exclusively with a highly respected, planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy in Central London who are expanding their Infrastructure Planning team due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline.

They’re hiring across multiple levels (Planner up to Associate Director) and have had several people join this team over the past couple of months, making this a great opportunity!

THE HEADLINES

Title: Senior Town Planner (Infrastructure/DCO)

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary: £45,000+ & EOT Bonus + Company-Wide Bonus + Strong Benefits

🔎 WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years UK Town Planning experience
• Infrastructure, DCO, or NSIP experience (ideal)
• RTPI membership (or working towards MRTPI)
• Development management and/or policy background
• Proactive, commercial, and collaborative mindset
